Victor Oyekanmi
Victor is a graduate of Business Administration from University of Lagos. Prior to joining Meritex Global Logistics Limited, he served as Business Development Executive in Value Logistics, and Operation Manager in Cargo Concept Logistics Ltd.
His industrial working experience in Logistics and Operations Administration has enhanced his skills in Operations Management, Customers Relationship Management, Service Delivery Management, and Corporate Strategy. He is presently serving as the Managing Director at Meritex Global Logistics Limited.
Francis Idowu
Idowu is an alumnus of University of Benin, Edo State, Nigeria. He is an associate member of the Nigerian Institute of Management (Chartered). Prior to working at Meritex Global Logistics Limited, he worked as Operations Manager with Michon Integrated Services where he was in charge of all the operation and logistics processes.
He also worked as Business Development Executive with Standard Alliance Group. He is currently the ED, Business Development for Meritex Global Logistics Limited.
Adeniyi Folalu
Adeniyi is a graduate of Industrial Relations and Personnel Management from Olabisi Onabanjo University, Ago-Iwoye. Before joining Meritex Global Logistics Limited, he was handling high-profile accounts in the Consolidation sector for Cargo Concept Logistics Ltd and was also the Operation Manager in Shalimax Logistics.
He joined Meritex Logistics in August 2010 as Executive Director of Operations with a specific responsibility of meeting customer needs.
Vivian Igbru
Vivian is an English Language graduate from the University of Nigeria, Nsukka, Enugu State. She has worked with Multi-Choice Nigeria (DSTV) as a Customer Service Representative (CSR), Sales Executive, and Branch Manager.
She is currently the General Manager of Meritex Global Logistics Limited, where she oversees the company’s overall operations, strategic planning, and business performance. She is responsible for leading departmental managers, driving business growth, ensuring operational efficiency, developing and implementing company policies, managing budgets and resources, strengthening client relationships, supervising business development initiatives, coordinating marketing and sales strategies, and ensuring the organization consistently achieves its corporate objectives while maintaining high standards of service delivery.
Ibukunoluwa Alayande
Ibukunoluwa is a graduate of ISFOP Benin University, Cotonou, and holds a Master’s Degree in Management from the University of Lagos. She joined Meritex Global Logistics Limited in July 2023.
She is responsible for business development, sales growth, client relationship management, and sales team leadership. Through her strategic approach and strong leadership skills, she drives business expansion, cultivates lasting client partnerships, and identifies new market opportunities. Her commitment to excellence, innovation, and customer satisfaction continues to play a key role in the company’s growth and success.
